Maa Shri Radha is famous as the Supreme Lover of Lord Krishna, but factually She is Lord Krishna Himself in Female Form.

Lord Krishna is the Father of the Universe & He Himself is the Mother of the Universe in the form of Maa Shri Radha.

It is mentioned in Shri Brahma Vaivarta Puran that there are 5 Principal Goddesses, who are the rulers of 5 Principal subjects :

 1) Radha rules Love,

2) Mahalaxmi rules Opulence,

3) Durga rules Power,

4) Saraswati rules Material Education

& 5) Gayatri rules Spiritual Education.

Maa Shri Radha stands Supreme among five because She rules Love, which is the Ultimate & without Love other 4 subjects become useless.
